For the price, it was very good. The place was cheap and clean, and the toilet flushed. The water temperature didn't work the way it should, though.

The owners were great to communicate with, and the apartment itself was perfect, lovely, and very clean. Thank you!

Please avoid these apartments. My daughter and her partner stayed from June 21 to June 24, 2023, but left at 4 a.m. fearing for their lives after gunfire around the apartment. They tried to get help from the guards and the owner but were ignored. They had to pay €560 to stay in Rome that night and for the rest of their holiday. They deserve a full refund for what they went through, but the owner has ignored my attempts to contact her. While I was on the phone with the owner, I clearly heard gunshots, yet she had the cheek to tell them it was fireworks. The customer service has been terrible, and she won't refund them. Please don't lose your money on this dangerous apartment.

The hosts were really kind and flexible, and even arranged free rides to the train station. I'd recommend them!

Everything went smoothly, with no problems at all. The owner was lovely, and the place was really clean and quiet. ❤️
