Caracciolo Napoli

Excellent!

Dogs are welcome, which was a big plus for us. The room was spacious and, above all, clean, with a fantastic location and a sea view. The staff were so kind, and Ilaria deserves another thank you for being hospitable and helpful. Our room faced a busy road and traffic went on late at night, but it didn't bother us, especially with that lovely view from the window. We'll definitely return.

The entrance was kept up nicely, but the rooms weren't maintained as well as they should be. The staff were friendly, and the bed was very comfortable. Everything was new and clean, though the room itself needed better upkeep. It's on a busy road, so there was quite a bit of noise late at night, and the windows didn't block it well. Breakfast could be more polished too, since it was a cappuccino and croissant delivered to the room to take away.

I booked a standard room for one night, but when another guest cancelled that day, the owners moved us to a suite at no extra cost to make us more comfortable. It was spacious, clean, fabulous, fully equipped, and had a beautiful seafront view. There was lots of traffic when I arrived, but the owners waited for me at check-in and showed me where to leave the car. They were genuinely kind and helpful, taking care of everything from arrival until I had to leave. I highly recommend the place.
