The apartment has plenty of space and great views. The problem was the street works: construction started at 6 every morning, and the noise woke us up. It was a road project stretching about 500 meters. I would never have rented the place if I’d known, and it’s scandalous that nobody told us beforehand. The housekeeper said she hadn’t known about the work.

We booked through booking.com and found a roughly 200 square meter apartment with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a huge living room. It’s right on the seafront, with views of Mount Vesuvius, Capri, and the Gulf of Naples. Piazza del Plebiscito and Naples’ historic center are 300 meters away. The rooms are spacious, well kept, and larger than average, and each has separate heating and air conditioning. It’s a good fit for a family or a group of friends. The only reason for my 5 stars, haha, is that the internet didn’t match the rest of the amenities. Wi-Fi worked only in the living room, and even there it wasn’t at full strength. It was less reliable elsewhere.
