Casa D Hotel Napoli

Coming in late, we found a lovely, clean, comfortable room, and it immediately felt like coming home. Breakfast was really tasty. The staff were so friendly and made the whole stay for us. We’d left something behind at the hotel, and they sorted it out quickly and professionally. Thanks again! We’d absolutely recommend this beautiful place and would stay here again on another trip to Naples.

A gem of a small hotel, just 15 rooms. The property is new, in pristine shape, and thoughtfully designed, but the staff were the best part. Carmen and Grecia took such good care of us. Great experience all around, highly recommend.

Our first trip to Italy couldn’t have gone better for a hotel stay. The three women at the front desk were kind, professional, and made us feel welcome. They remembered details we’d told them earlier and asked about our day, and whenever I needed something they made sure we had it. They really made our time in Naples special. The location is tucked down an alley on Regina Sancia. There’s enough light that it didn’t feel unsafe, and I liked being in the middle of the city while still feeling a bit removed. Go one way and you’re on the shopping strip; head the other way and you’re among small family run shops and restaurants, right in the middle of Neapolitan culture. Everything at the hotel was easy, from finding it and getting inside to speaking with the front desk and getting to our room. It had only opened four months earlier. Don’t be put off by the Google Street View image, which made it look abandoned when we were searching; it might be updated by the time you read this. Breakfast was fresh and clearly prepared with care, quite different from the usual American hotel breakfast. Daily room service was lovely to come back to after a long day. I’d definitely return when I visit Naples again.

The hotel was spotless, and its central position made it easy to get around the city. We had a comfortable, welcoming stay, with very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious, nicely prepared, and had a good variety. I’d recommend it.
