Casa Rubinacci

Being able to explore Naples on foot from this lovely home was a real plus. The apartment was clean, nicely furnished, and had all the comforts we needed, including a great coffee machine, mini-fridge, hairdryer, and plenty of towels. Marcella made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. She was warm and welcoming, shared useful local tips and fascinating stories, and even introduced us to Neapolitan music. Her love for Naples really comes through. Goethe's “See Naples and die” must have been said after a stay at Palazzo Rubinacci! We'd happily return.

They canceled our reservation a few days before our wedding, after my husband had booked nearly two months earlier so I could get ready there the night before. We'd arranged everything down to the last detail, including photographers and hairdressers. When we were told the booking was canceled, they said, “Just as you have free cancellation, we do too.” No apology, and no real interest in sorting anything out. The whole experience was awful, especially during such a stressful time. The staff came across as arrogant and rude, and the cancellation wrecked our plans for an important occasion. We expected much more from a name that presents itself as well-known and luxurious, but found them completely inadequate and incompetent. They showed no concern for customer satisfaction or for doing their job properly. I wouldn't wish this on anyone. Professionalism: 0 Competence: 0 Customer concern: 0 If you want good service and a pleasant stay, I strongly recommend avoiding this place. I wanted to give it zero stars, but the review form wouldn't let me.

The rooms were clean and the service was impeccable. A magnificent place right in the center. I highly recommend it!

Thanks so much, that was fantastic!!
