We booked through WhatsApp, and the staff were very committed. They replied within ten minutes every time and were always willing to help. For the price, the B&B was good enough. Our room was clean, though the bathroom could use more attention. The high-up location was the main drawback. Getting to the city center meant at least a 15-minute walk downhill on a steep road, which was hard with our child, and we always took a taxi back. Thanks a lot, Stefano.
Stefano made the stay great. He helped with the check-in steps, suggested excellent places to eat, and gave us tips on public transport. Such a helpful host. I recommend staying here without hesitation.
The people who run this place made us feel like family. Franz, Massimo, and Cesare helped with our bags, gave us great local tips, booked tickets for us, and checked in often to see if we were getting around comfortably. Their warmth made our stay unforgettable. Then their father drove us to the airport. He was a delightful, funny, charming man, and his car proudly called him “The Best Grandpa.” We couldn’t agree more. The place itself is clean, comfortable, welcoming, easy to reach, and has a stunning sea view. It’s also perfectly located. Part of me wants to keep it secret so I can return again and again, but they deserve all the success in the world. If you’re visiting Napoli, stay here. You’ll find great people and friends, as well as a great place.
We had some trouble finding the apartment, but the host came right out to meet us and help. During our stay, he answered every question and made it clear he was there if we needed anything. The place is beautifully designed, in a quiet and convenient spot about a 10-minute walk from the center. Naples is noisy and we’d been a bit worried about sleeping, so it was just right for us. For my husband’s birthday, we were welcomed with chocolates, a flower, and a little note. I highly, highly recommend it.
