I absolutely do NOT recommend this place! The apartments we booked had just one window in the living room. The other rooms had tiny windows in the ceiling, even the toilet in one of the apartments! There weren’t enough dishes, and the ones provided were in very poor condition. There were no balconies at all. The “sofa” for the third family in the living room turned out to be a single bed with two mattresses, one of them lying on the floor. They made us pay the booking to the concierge before we’d even seen the apartments. Once we went upstairs, we were very unpleasantly surprised! We called the owner, who literally dodged responsibility and said we could cancel if we wanted. But with ten people, including children, and a reservation already paid for, cancelling at the last minute simply wasn’t possible!

Coming back to Casa Vacanze Dinastia Borbone has become part of our Naples routine. This was our second year in a row, and we booked without hesitation. Dylan made arrival easy again, with a warm welcome and quick check-in, and was attentive throughout. The place is spotless, comfortable, and equipped with what we needed, with great value for money. We also love the location: a short walk from the central station and close to Spaccanapoli and the Spanish Quarter. There are plenty of authentic places to eat nearby, and getting around is simple. We’ll be back.

We could walk to almost every area of interest from this very central apartment. Inside, everything was spotless, smelled lovely, and the rooms were comfortable. Dylan met us in the neighborhood, helped with our bags, and even made us coffee once we were settled. He took time to explain what to see in this wonderful city. Thanks for such a lovely stay, Dylan. We’ll see you again!

The apartment is enchanting, and the surprise Halloween decorations when we arrived during the holiday really made the stay memorable. I’m still speechless. Thank you from all of us ❤️ I’ve traveled for years, and Dylan stands out as a host. He was always available and present. The home is in Naples’ historic center, with the train station about a five-minute walk away.

Dylan and Antonio were so kind and helpful, and everything about our four-night stay was wonderful. The apartment was lovely, very clean, and in an excellent location. If you’re visiting Naples, stay with them. Highly recommend!
