This was a great base for our time in Naples. We could walk everywhere and get to the different public transport options easily. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and the neighborhood quiet. Breakfast was wonderful, and the staff were really helpful and friendly. I'd book here again.

This was the worst experience we've had. The receptionist was patronizing from the moment we arrived and was the rudest person we've encountered in this industry. Our room wasn't cleaned on the 3rd date. When we raised it, the receptionist lied to our faces.

The rooms were spacious, and breakfast was decent to good. Such a shame the hotel is in a really good area, because the receptionist was extremely rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful.

The price was very reasonable, the location was great, and the people were welcoming, helpful, and nice. I felt right at home.

Rude staff kept misleading us, and the whole experience was very bad. They ruined our xmas holidays and our experience of Naples. I don't recommend this hotel.
