Certosa Suite

The service was really poor. Nobody greeted us when we arrived, the directions weren’t clear, and our request for hot water took ages to get a response, then the water never came. We were meant to be able to use the kitchen, but it was closed. They made the beds, though the towels weren’t changed. The bathroom wasn’t fully clean, and the sink was loose enough that we had to be careful. The room itself was nice, and the location was convenient for the metro, restaurants, and coffee shops. It was noisy outside, but closing the windows shut that out. The bathroom could use shower and body wash, especially hand wash, since the little soaps weren’t enough and we had to ask for more.

Daniela was such a friendly, caring and helpful host. The room, bed, and bathroom were all very neat and nice. We spent 3 nights in a lively, safe area right next to the Vanvatelli metro station. We’d definitely stay again!

We decided at the last minute to stay in Napoli for the night and found this hotel/BnB beautiful, cozy, and extremely clean. The bathrooms were spotless, the showers were lovely, and the AC worked really well!!!! It’s right in the heart of Vomero, just a 2 minute walk to the subway, and feels very safe, tucked away from public view. I’ll definitely come back whenever I stay in Napoli. Highly recommend booking a room here.

My favorite person at the hotel was Marcos, who was helpful, had lots of information, and was great to chat with. He’s also a good looking gentleman! The little GEM is amazing, right by the metro and surrounded by great food. El Sombrero is so good, and the small pizzeria is delicious. I’d skip that Aurerio spot, the dudes there have bad energy.
