Chiaia Loft in Napoli

Good people, a good bed, and a good location. Everything was good. Anyone visiting Naples should stay at this hotel. I’d easily come back 10000 times.

It’s a cute, small place right in the centre, and it stays very quiet despite the Neapolitan traffic going on endlessly around it. The staff are extremely friendly, service oriented, and communicate really well. You can walk to beautiful Chiaia, Santa Lucia harbour, the Spanish quarters, and the historical centre.

The staff were friendly, and the woman who checked us in was very helpful. The suites are within walking distance of galleria umberto. But the rooms are much smaller than the pictures suggest, with barely any space to walk around. The bathrooms are smaller too, and you have to squeeze through with almost nowhere to stand between the commode and sink. WiFi was extremely slow and inconsistent, and the furniture and quilt covers looked old. The street is noisy, the breakfast area is right outside the room, and people talking at night and during breakfast carried into our room. We could also hear people showering in other rooms through the thin walls. If you’re a light sleeper, you won’t sleep well. If you have a rent a car, ask the staff to RESERVE a spot at a nearby designated garage. There’s no parking anywhere otherwise, and driving through the streets is a nightmare. You’ll have to park a little farther away and pay around 40 euros a day at a private garage.

My husband and I spent a couple of nights here and loved it. Everything was perfect, from breakfast to the location. The staff were super friendly, and the place was super clean.
