Citykey Napoli

Antonio, the owner, was respectful and very helpful, and the service was great. We spent five nights here with our kids. The design is stylish, the place was very clean, and you can arrange the breakfast you want. There are plenty of nice restaurants and coffeehouses nearby, plus a metro station close by for getting around. We could also walk to the amazing Archeological, Antropological, Phisics, Mineralogical and Zoological museums. Grazie mille per la fantastica atcoglienza!

We chose it mainly for the location, and the service was good overall. But it didn't feel like the best value for money, since the rooms and furnishings were a bit worn and could use an update. Late check-in cost €20, which applied to us when we arrived at 11 PM.

Antonio was so kind and helpful, and recommended restaurants nearby. The place itself is stylish, beautiful, and very clean. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with strong Wi-Fi. We had a delicious breakfast brought up and ate it on the balcony. Finding the entrance was confusing at first: the place is on the second floor, with a store below, and we walked past it initially. Someone at a neighboring shop pointed us in the right direction. It's close to a lot, and we walked to our food tour meeting point, shops, and the museum of archeology. There's a landmark across the way that makes it easy to find again. 10/10, we'd stay again if we get back to Naples.

Check-in was very easy, and the front desk was accommodating with our luggage. CityKey was a great stay: the rooms were nice, clean, and quiet, and breakfast was included. It's right by Dante station and close to lots of attractions. We'd stay here again.
