Coppola A - Via Foria 216

The owner was very nice to us, and the Via Foria location was convenient for reaching many central sights. The nearest metro and train station, Piazza Cavour, is fairly close. The apartment was described as being on the ground floor, floor 0, but it was more like a basement on floor -1. We were supposed to have a garden view, though we could barely see anything from below ground. Humidity was the biggest problem. The machine in the apartment showed 95%, our belongings were very damp, and some clothes even developed mildew. The bed was short and uncomfortable. I’m 183 cm tall and my feet stuck out. Cleanliness was questionable: the bathroom was so-so and bearable, not great, while the bedroom floor was quite dirty. There was mildew or fungus on the walls and bathroom door, and the interior overall looked shabby. The owner also manages the place. Communication with the manager was poor. We tried for several days to get check-in details, sending multiple emails and calling many times without any reply. He only texted a few hours before we left for Naples, which made preparing for the holiday stressful.
