Room 3 had the best view, and the curtains made it completely dark at night. The bed was good, and the air conditioning worked well. The building is beautiful and sits in a perfect spot close to everything, though you need to enjoy being right in the middle of the city, where there's plenty going on outside. Inside, the atmosphere was calm. The owners were easy and polite to communicate with, and the cleaning staff were polite too. We were so happy with the booking. 5/5!

Walter was really helpful, and getting there from the central station was easy: take line 1 to University station, then the place is just a short walk away.

You can check in at any time, and the owner stays available from when you book the room right through to check-out, with whatever information you need. The location is also a great base, near both the historic center and the Naples waterfront.

Walter helped me with advice a week before my trip and directions to a nearby garage, and he was incredibly kind and helpful. They handled my very late check-in without any hesitation. The welcome was excellent, with a professional touch and a warm Neapolitan heart. The central location was another plus. I had a very positive stay, well beyond what I expected.
