It's handy for Naples and close to the train. The room and place are nice enough, and they make an effort to provide what you need. Breakfast comes in a hamper, but it's very basic, with single-serve packets and the like. It feels more like the idea of breakfast than a proper breakfast.

The Vesuvio room was a real gem: bright, beautiful, clean, fragrant, and comfortable for three, with a spacious double bed plus a single. I booked directly and was greeted warmly, just like the friendly, welcoming Neapolitan people who make you feel at home. The kind, attentive woman who answered me also helped me avoid a parking rip-off. Their partner car park is Parcheggio Diocleziano. Don't get caught out like I did at Parcheggio Partenopeo on the same street as the B&B. I'll definitely return.

I booked this property on Booking.com for March 15, 2025. After the earthquake on March 13, 2025, and the resulting state of emergency, I immediately asked to change the date. The property said cancellation or rescheduling wasn't possible. They also said, unprofessionally, that they had been in a state of emergency for years. I explained to both Booking.com and the property that safety concerns meant I couldn't reach the property. I then filed a formal complaint with Booking.com, attaching the Ministerial Decree from the Civil Protection Department, the Mayoral Order closing all schools in the Phlegraean Fields area, and ANSA press releases about the earthquake on the same day as my stay, March 15, 2025. I asked again to change the date. Even after all that, Booking.com told me the property had refused the date change again. This behavior by both the property and Booking.com does not respect guests' rights at all. We will appeal to the relevant authorities.
