This is a small, cozy spot for tourists who mainly need somewhere to sleep, so keep your expectations moderate. The old historic Spanish area is nearly impossible to get around by car, and I didn’t notice any parking nearby. If you’re renting a car, I’d avoid staying there. The building isn’t modern, but it was manageable, and most support is remote, though they do provide daily room service. The basics were all there, including toilet paper, slippers, shampoo, and towels in different sizes. I loved the location and the little balcony facing the back street, where you can take in the lively chaos. Once the first morning sun comes in, you’ll probably be heading out to enjoy the city.

We were let in remotely, but no one was there to tell us which room was ours, and all the doors were locked. We waited around for about half an hour while trying to reach the manager and sending our passport and other details through several platforms. I went back to the entrance buzzer and kept pressing it to get someone’s attention. A voice over the speaker yelled at me to go inside, and someone then remotely unlocked a room for us. My wife and I showered, had dinner, and went to bed. Later that night, four men banged on our door and woke us. The manager told us to pack up and move because we’d been buzzed into the wrong room. It was ridiculous.

The hotel is pleasant and has only a few rooms. It’s in a great spot, on one of the nicest streets in the lower part of Napoli.

The owner was very kind and let us leave our bags there after checkout on the last day. We stayed in the suite for two nights at the end of November, and it was good value. You’re just steps from Piazza del Plebiscito, Via Toledo, and the Spanish Quarter. Housekeeping was excellent each day. I highly recommend the place and would definitely stay again.
