We had a lovely, clean bathroom and a room that was clean and had everything we needed as a base. The fridge was just the right size for all our bottles of water. Our balcony looked out over Napoli’s premier pizza place, and we could bring pizza back and eat it while watching all the hungry people still waiting in line. It’s a hidden gem on the third floor, above what can only be called THE place to get pizza in Naples. The reception wasn’t staffed during our stay, which suited us fine. The lift is invaluable, so don’t be afraid to use it. The staff didn’t speak much English, but Google Translate helped us arrange to leave our bags in the room while it was being cleaned, since we arrived early. Breakfast was delicious pastries and coffee at a café just around the corner. I’m only sorry this is a 2 star place, because it deserves so much more.

The rooms are new, nice, clean, and very comfortable. The building itself feels old fashioned. It’s a nice place near the center, just a couple of minutes from Spaccanapoli.

It’s a handy spot, about a 10 minute walk from the train station, and the room was clean. The bed was squeaky and not very comfortable. Breakfast down the street was small but nice.

We were three families and stayed for three nights. The rooms were okay, and it’s close to Duomo metro station. Napoli Centrale train station takes about 10-12 minutes to reach. The neighborhood is a bit noisy, though the whole area is like that.

They charge €20 for a late check-in, even though check-in is available until 9 pm. Charging that much extra for a standard service is outrageous. Their emails also came across as rude. Thanks, but no thanks.
