El Pirata Boat

Juicy made sure everyone was having a good time and had what they needed, and the chef did a terrific job preparing all our meals. There were 19 of us in the family, and we spent four nights sleeping on the boat as we travelled between ports. We visited Sorrento, Positano, Naples, Capri, and Ischia. The kids loved jumping off the boat and swimming. It was a perfect vacation, and I highly recommend this as a way to see the Amalfi Coast.

We celebrated an eighteenth birthday on June 7, 2025, and the experience was extremely negative from start to finish. The price was outrageous for such embarrassing service, and the return was chaotic: they packed 15 people onto a dinghy only 6 meters long to speed things up. It felt absurd and dangerous. Getting to the sailing ship was difficult too. There was no suitable gangway to board the dinghy, which was a real problem for older people and even adults. Once we reached the ship, its boarding ladder was uncomfortable, had no railing, and felt completely unsafe. On board, the bathrooms were dirty, the food was truly inedible, and the plastic chairs weren’t suitable for this kind of event. I strongly advise against choosing this venue. I hope the people running the service take serious steps to improve the organization, safety, and quality.

The atmosphere at my son’s eighteenth birthday was lovely, and the DJ was good and engaging. The photographer was excellent too. But the agreed beach-style decor was barely there, and the rest of the event felt completely unprofessional. The people meant to be waiters were sweaty handymen in T-shirts. We paid for welcome cocktails, but they never appeared. The extra Cuban corner was tucked away in a dark spot, so nobody noticed it. The sushi corner, also an extra, was brought out at the wrong time, not as agreed. Dinner, with appetizers and two first courses, was the worst and poorest-quality food I can remember. The cake was good because we took care of it ourselves. It absolutely wasn’t worth the price they asked.

The organizers made our graduation celebration feel unique, and it was a lovely evening. Giorgia was kind, the food was good, and the DJ, music, lights, and views created a great atmosphere. The younger guests danced and had fun, while older guests had their own area on the galleon to sit and eat comfortably. Dinner went down well, and wine and food were served even to those in the armchairs. The sea was a little rough, so one person had to leave the galleon. Apart from that, everything was perfect and the organization was satisfying. Thanks again, it was a fun and special way to celebrate.
