Elite Rooms Napoli

The area wasn’t the best, though being so close to the train station was convenient. Our room was small but adequate, clean, upgraded, and had all the necessary amenities. We only stayed one night and had little contact with staff beyond a smooth check-in. They clearly explained how to unlock all three doors from the entrance to the room, which gave us a sense of security.

We felt safe, and the location was great for walking around town. The room was beautiful and felt luxurious for such a good price. When the shower wouldn’t drain, the team quickly sorted us out with another room after we called the after-hours line. It wasn’t anyone’s fault, and they handled it really well. Thanks!

The room was clean, and the Food Hall at the train station had lots of good food options. The area felt a little sketchy, but the hotel was OK for our one-night stop. It’s handy if you need to be near the Central Train Station or the airport transfer bus. For exploring Naples’ main attractions, though, it’s probably not the best base, as they’re about 25 minutes away by transport.

Communication was clear and easy, and the location was perfect. The room was beautiful and felt luxurious, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and wonderful. I’d recommend Elite Room to anyone visiting Naples!
