Enjoy rooms Naples

The property is new and nicely furnished, the staff are friendly, and there’s an excellent breakfast spread. Still, we could hear everything through the walls, even other guests going to the bathroom. Our room was lovely and had a terrace, but the hot water system seemed to switch on every 15 minutes. With all those excellent soundproof windows, you could hear it even in the middle of the night. It’s a shame, because the place has a lot of potential. The location might suit some people, but not everyone.

The building is new and the furnishings are modern. There are about 20 rooms across several floors, we were on the fourth, but check-in is by code and there’s no reception, so I’m not quite sure what to call this place. It has a hotel-like buffet breakfast on the first-floor terrace, with very kind staff looking after the drinks such as cappuccino and coffee. The sweet and savory choices were good. I had a plain croissant, ciambellone, and pistachio lobster, all delicious; my son had chocolate cereal with milk. The rooms have free Wi-Fi by QR code, large TVs at last, and roomy showers, not the usual 90x90 ones. There were plenty of mosquitoes, in our room with a terrace and in my in-laws’ room on the other side. You can also hear everything between rooms. Being right by the station may seem useful, but the many “characters” around made the area feel a bit “allegorical,” like staying next to Termini station in Rome. Some rooms have a double bed, bathroom, and kitchenette all in one, which adds to my uncertainty about how to describe the place. Good overall, but with a few flaws.

I chose a room with free cancellation, but after I cancelled, there was no refund. The hotel said my booking wasn’t refundable, though I have emails showing that it was. Now no one is replying to me. If you want free cancellation, don’t book here.

A lovely, spacious place close to the station, with a good breakfast. The manager, who’s also the owner, and the staff were super friendly.
