Esposito Plaza - Rooms & Suite

The location is central and close to the metro, but I’d booked a room facing the inner garden and was given one overlooking the square instead. They said it was a little bigger because I had a dog. The windows weren’t soundproof, so all the street noise came through. The TV didn’t work, and two slats in the bed were broken.

The room was clean, and being right above the metro in Piazza Medaglie D'Oro is handy for getting around Naples. It can get noisy and a bit chaotic at night, especially with the square right outside. The TV didn't work, and broken bed slats made for a pretty poor night's sleep. Fine if you're not expecting quiet or perfection.

We felt really looked after here. The room was warm, cozy, clean, and had a window onto the square, and the host was very kind. The location in Piazza Medaglie d'Oro made it easy to head off in different directions. We wandered around the neighborhood and nearby bars at night without any trouble. Just five meters from the property, there's a bar open around the clock where we had an aperitif at 3:00 a.m., then breakfast the next morning, which was included. We'd happily come back.

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and practical, with everything you need to rest and recharge in central Naples. It's on the first floor, and the city stays lively at all hours. Since it's an apartment divided into rooms, you sometimes depend on the other guests being considerate. It takes a little getting used to, but for us it was a good compromise.
