Jessica was the standout for me, always helpful, very kind, and ready to assist with a smile and a warm word. The room and the rest of the space were clean and convenient, and recently renovated. The location was excellent too, with everything 5-20 minutes away on foot. I'd stay again without a second thought.

We felt welcome and well looked after throughout our stay, from the personal attention to the tips for local visits and excursions. Breakfast was served in the room and was great. The location made it easy to explore Naples. A lovely B&B for travelers who value the personal feel of a guest house. Highly recommended.

The breakfast at a nearby cafe was really good, and the hostess was lovely. We had a wonderful stay overall. The room was clean, although the toilet got a bit smelly over time. Great location.

The room was clean and tidy, but everything else was terrible. I stayed two nights, and the breakfast was basically two slices of toast and a plum cake. The juice was warm, though I could overlook that. What I can't accept is what happened with my medication. Before leaving, I explained that it needed to stay refrigerated and was told there was a fridge in the room, so that wouldn't be a problem. When I arrived, I asked if they could keep it in the fridge on checkout day, and they said yes. But on the morning I was leaving, after I'd paid, no one could be found and my calls went unanswered. I had to rely on synthetic ice all day. They should be ashamed. I'd give less than one star if I could.
