Flyresidence was a pleasure to stay in: quiet, clean, and well prepared, with a really helpful host. Both Municipio and Toledo metro stations are about two minutes away, and Galleria Umberto is under five minutes on foot. The kitchen has all the things you need, and there's an iron in the wardrobe. Towels are refreshed every two days, along with rubbish removal and room cleaning. I definitely recommend it.

The room felt uncomfortable, and it was pretty cold in winter. The bathroom and kitchen were connected, which I didn't like. The location was great and the host was very nice, though. I had booked three days, but when I told the host honestly that the house layout wasn't for me, he agreed to cancel the full payment.

We could walk to the city's main sights from here, and Via Toledo, with all its shops and restaurants, is just around the corner. The property is tucked onto a side street, so it stays quiet, and the metro is only a few minutes away on foot. We spent two nights in one of Naples's loveliest areas and had a wonderful time. The owner is very kind. Recommended.

The only real plus was being close to Via Toledo. The room was far smaller than the 35 square meters in the ad, and the double bed was significantly smaller too. There's a kitchenette on the balcony, and the bathroom had yellow stains and a bad smell. Naples itself was beautiful, but if this is the standard of accommodation, I won't be coming back. Less than one star.

The studio had plenty of room and was spotless, in a great central spot almost on Via Toledo. M1 is a four-minute walk away. Carlo, the B&B owner, gave us such a warm welcome when we stayed at Flyresidence for three nights in Naples. Everything was perfect, and we'll be back.
