We ended up here after having to change our accommodation, and arrived a little early. After a short wait, we got a warm welcome from the owner and staff, who were all kind and helpful. The room was tidy and clean, everything worked without any problems, and the towels were changed daily. It also had air conditioning, which was very welcome when coming back in the Neapolitan heat. The location worked well for getting around, with every kind of public transport only a few minutes away on foot. And if you get hungry, there are always places nearby for a tasty bite. Flawless stay. I'd recommend booking here if you're travelling to the city!

My phone was snatched in Garibaldi. Keep a close eye on your belongings.

The room was spotless and had air conditioning, a small safe, mini fridge and plenty of lights. It's in a great spot near the train station, with a short walk into old town, though be careful in some back streets late at night. The staff kept in touch on WhatsApp, met me outside and helped me figure out how to get to the BnB. They also arranged a taxi for my early flight. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

Be aware that we booked months in advance, but the night before we were due to arrive, they told us our room had been double booked and wasn't available. We had to find another hotel, yet they charged us for the whole stay as a "no show" even though the room wasn't available to us. 😡

The rooms were great and right by the station, and our host gave us loads of useful information about Naples. One thing was missing, though: there were no kettles, even though the amenities listing said there would be.
