The mattress was comfortable, and we were glad to have air conditioning and a washing machine. Still, the cleanliness was disappointing. The uncovered pillows left in the closet looked disgusting, with shoe prints and other marks, so as people used to hotels, we had doubts about the hygiene. There wasn’t a duvet cover either, just the duvet against our skin with a sheet over it. I’ve never encountered that before. It’s a very noisy location, with scooters, car horns, and church bells from 7 in the morning. There’s a convent across the street, so you won’t need an alarm. If you do manage to fall asleep again, the bells start up half an hour later.

Even in a central spot, the apartment was quiet. It’s very nice and compact, but comfortable for up to two people. The location is strategic, and Mrs. Tonia’s professionalism, kindness, and availability really add to the stay.

The apartment had air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, and hot and cold running water. It looked recently renovated, and the location was excellent. Cleanliness was a letdown, with hair and stains around. It’s on the fourth floor without an elevator, though that wasn’t a big issue for us. The convent bells also made noise early in the morning.
