My room at H Rooms was cozy, with warm colors and a fun feel. The elevator had a lovely, dreamy, romantic smell. The service was friendly, and the coffee was very nice.

Beware of a 200 euro charge that they hold for 30 days. We were also hit with hidden fees that weren't clearly explained up front, and being just one minute late could mean an outrageous extra charge. This place felt like a scam, with unfair rules and surprise costs instead of hospitality. There are better places in Naples where you'll be treated respectfully and transparently. Don't make our mistake, stay away.

There are mini-markets close by for picking up food, and the room service was very helpful. Our room was clean. The location is handy for the beaches, tasty restaurants, and the city center's attractions. I highly recommend the hotel and will definitely come back.

The hotel is in a great spot for tourists, close to three beaches and plenty of restaurants and cafes. There are also small food markets nearby that stay open late. It's clean, and the room service was very helpful. I highly recommend it.

I loved the views along the waterfront, especially if you're up for a walk. The hotel was clean and the rooms were well maintained. Staff were friendly and willing to help with requests.
