Hotel Camaldoli

The staff were fantastic, helping me before, during, and after my stay. It's a cozy base for visiting Naples. There's a 3 Michelin star pizzeria nearby, and its owner is wonderfully welcoming. Mr. Salvatore at reception is simply Da Maan!

I spent a week here and would happily recommend it. The place was immaculate inside, with daily room service and an impeccable breakfast. Just tell them what you'd like to drink, since coffee isn't self-service. For my two early day trips, they kindly prepared a lunch bag each time when I asked. The hotel is up the mountain a little, but the metro makes it easy to get to, and I'd recommend using it anyway. My room was small, but it did the job. Great price for what you get in Naples.

The staff were amazing, and the hotel was very clean. We had nothing to complain about. Breakfast was included too, a nice way to fuel up for the day in wonderful Napoli!

The hotel turned out to be lovely, even though the location looked so unassuming that we wondered if we'd come to the right place. We enjoyed the stay, and there are plenty of cafés and pizzerias nearby. The staff were helpful despite the language barrier. Our booking included breakfast, but that was the disappointing part. It was meant to run from 7:30am to 10am, yet on both mornings of our two-night stay, everything, juice included, had run out by 8:30am. Still, we slept well and found the stay relaxing. Vomero High Hotel itself was comfortable, neat, and clean.
