The location is good and the staff were very helpful, but my first-floor room smelled really bad and felt unwelcoming. Breakfast was extremely limited. Unfortunately, it wasn’t a great place to stay.

I was very happy with my stay. The room was clean and tidy, the air conditioning worked, and breakfast was excellent. Service was excellent too. There were a few small issues: it was noisy at night, I noticed small insects in the bathroom, especially when there was dirt on the floor, and the lift to the second floor seemed seriously dodgy. None of that ruined the stay for me.

The rooms were comfortable, and the hotel is in a nice old building. It’s well located in the heart of Vomero, close to metro and funicular stations.

Check-in and checkout went smoothly, and the reception staff were welcoming and helpful. The lounge had city maps and some welcome sweets, which was a nice touch. Cleaning was done every day to a satisfactory standard. The location is perfect, with the metro and funicular just 50 m away, cafes, bars, and restaurants all around, and a couple of supermarkets very close by. I had a side view of the sea and a front view of Vesuvius as a bonus. Breakfast was more like a cold buffet, though there were plenty of pastries and coffee options to choose from. I was pleasantly surprised to find Twinings tea bags both in the room and at breakfast. I’d recommend staying here and would be glad to come back.

The breakfast was exceptionally good, and everyone was friendly and helped however they could. Rooms were spacious and clean, with a proper bathroom. It’s very well located and easy to reach from the underground. I’d fully recommend it.
