A nice little balcony, fresh towels, and a clean place. Good location and nice for the money.

We finally found somewhere else because this place was so awful. It's dirty and smells bad, and the owner is mean and aggressive. They also refused to follow local COVID pandemic laws. The owner doesn't answer the phone when you need instructions. I advise you not to go here. One of the worst experiences of my life.

The internet only worked at reception. After checkout, they charged very high fees to keep our suitcases, even for a short time. I also never got a proper receipt for the hotel bill or the tourist tax payment.

We were two women traveling alone, and the place looked like a scary horror movie location. We didn't stay at all, we left and booked somewhere else. Avoid it if you can.

I was there Friday, May 23rd, after we won our fourth Scudetto. The owner was wonderful and knows a lot about Naples. It was a pleasure talking with him. The location is excellent, just a minute from Spaccanapoli. Recommended.
