Boutique Hotel Metro 900

We both loved Anna at the front desk. She was so kind and helpful, and gave us a free upgrade because no room with two single beds was available that night. The Supreme room was really spacious, and both the queen bed and sofa bed were comfortable. We rested very well and would definitely recommend this hotel for enjoying Naples.

Hotel Metro 900 was such a relief after the night before, when my friend had booked us into a disgusting, flea-bag, hostel-like pension in Naples’ old town. I disliked Naples because the locals I encountered were awfully aggressive and unfriendly, but this hotel saved the day. It was very clean, with a comfortable room, wonderful bathroom, and fantastic breakfast. The area is lovely, with lots of restaurants and taxis easy to catch day or night. The hotel is right next to the train station and a four-minute walk from the Mariner. Service was great too.

The buffet breakfast was included in our package and had plenty to choose from. The food was tasty, and everyone on staff was friendly and helpful, offering suggestions for getting into the city and places to see and eat. Our room was amazing, with lovely decor, a big comfortable bed, air conditioning, and a relaxing, clean feel. The large shower was perfect. The only thing I missed was having a kettle in the room. The hotel is conveniently located beside the train station.

We chose this place because it’s close to Mergellina port, though it’s a bit far from the center to walk. Breakfast was good, especially if you like Italian desserts. The staff were extremely friendly, and the hotel, on the third floor of an old station building, is modern and stylish. Our room was on the small side, but comfortable, with everything new and working well. It was also quiet apart from the seagulls outside.
