The location was the only real plus. The property wasn’t very clean, and the bathrooms were old, run-down, and moldy. That smell stayed in the room all day. The breakfast arrangement was a mess, too. We arrived expecting breakfast as agreed, but were told there’d been an unforeseen problem and it couldn’t be provided. They said we could eat at a local bar, save the receipt, and get reimbursed, but I never got the money back. I asked the apartment manager several times and got no response. Also, a bag of dirty laundry went missing, along with a bag holding a newly bought swimsuit.

The room had a strong musty smell as soon as I walked in, and there was black mold in both the bathroom and bedroom. The place seemed badly neglected, and I found the condition appalling. Breakfast had been booked and paid for, but wasn’t provided. There wasn’t even a kettle or tea. The central location in the heart of Naples doesn’t make up for this. I’m appalled it’s still being rented out. Avoid this place.

The owner was very kind, and the staff were helpful even though we checked in late. The woman who welcomed us made us feel like old friends. Our room for four was already set up with sweet snacks and was very clean. It had Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a clothes rack, and a handy mirror. The bathroom was roomy and comfortable, though we would have preferred a hand shower to the overhead one. They did provide shower caps so our hair wouldn’t get wet. There’s also a kitchen, a fridge stocked with drinks, and a coffee machine. We’d hoped to have the pods refilled daily, but could only make coffee on the first day. The place is centrally located and easy to reach on foot. We’ll definitely come back.

The room was roomy and comfortable, with air conditioning that was essential in the June heat. The service was kind and helpful, and the location was excellent. Breakfast was the letdown: just a few snacks, packaged biscuits, coffee pods, tea bags, water, milk, and juice. If they improved that, the stay would be top-notch. I might return, but probably without breakfast.
