Fabio was wonderful, friendly and full of helpful suggestions for visiting Napoli. We stayed three nights in a lovely location close to both the metro and the sea, and everything was perfect. The rooms are newly renovated, modern, and very clean. A hidden gem. We'll be back soon, thank you!

The receptionist was a really nice guy, and both the room and bathroom were nice. We even had a balcony. The only downside was the €35 late check-in charge, which seemed far too high for arriving less than an hour later :(

It was clean and just right. The landlord was very kind and helped me get in even though it was quite late. Nice little touches too, like a shared area with coffee, and the service was good.

The room had thoughtful little details, and the atmosphere made the stay feel special. The staff were kind and helpful, and the location worked out well: Naples was easy to reach, while we could park the car for free at the residence. Best of both worlds. We had a great stay at Il San Filippo and would definitely recommend it.
