Avoid this place. It's tiny, dirty, and falling apart, with grimy walls. There's no phone reception and the Wi-Fi apparently hasn't worked for months. No staff are on site, and our room and towels weren't cleaned during the stay. The faucet was clogged with calcium and barely worked. They charged extra for checking in after 8pm, and the TV remote was missing. Once they'd taken the money, staff stopped responding to our problems. We were moved here from a sister property because the air conditioning had broken down and there were no rooms available there.

I can't say much about the place itself, but we had to help a young woman who had travelled alone from abroad to meet her people in Naples. She arrived very late because of travel problems, and the property didn't honor the arrangements for getting her key. They ignored what had been agreed and left her at risk of sleeping outside. I would avoid a place with that attitude at all costs.

Good value for the price, and the area is fairly central. The rooms were clean and the amenities were great. Wi-Fi was average, and staff were somewhat helpful, though I wouldn't call them friendly. A solid budget stay overall.

Ludovica was such a great hostess, always smiling, helping out, and sharing tips for places to see around the city. The place is lovely and pretty central, so it's easy to get around.

The location turned out to be the best choice we could have made, and everything else was great too. Thank you for the hospitality, dear Ludovica! Angela e Spiros
