We were greeted warmly by the host, who gave us a generous welcome gift. The new apartment felt high quality throughout, and our favorite features were the security, the lovely balcony and the luxurious marble bathroom. It's in the city center, near the train station and airport, with the historic center and other cultural sights within walking distance.
The host was helpful, the place was very clean, and the location was perfect. We especially enjoyed our little balcony.
Mr. Antonio made us feel welcome with a gift when we arrived, then showed us everything we needed to be comfortable. He was kind and gracious, stayed available for questions, and offered suggestions for attractions and restaurants. My daughter and I spent a few days here, and it was perfect for us. The apartment was very clean and well maintained, with all the features we needed and more of the comforts of home. The bathroom was unexpectedly spacious, which isn't common for the area. We could walk to the train station, restaurants, stores and more. I recommend staying here, you won't regret it!
We had a wonderful welcome from Mr. Antonio, who was truly exceptional and always available with information. The attention to detail was great, with an exceptional bed, wonderful shower and cosy living room. We stayed three nights and were happy with our choice. It was the perfect place to feel at home. Thanks again for everything, we can't wait to come back soon.
The location made it easy to explore the city with complete peace of mind, and the property was meticulously maintained. Staying at INCANTO NAPOLI was a unique experience and an excellent choice. Mr. Antonio's kind, helpful manner made our holiday unforgettable. Thanks for everything, we'll see you again at Christmas. Giuseppe and Flora
