Guest house It's Room Naples

We picked Its Room for our nights in Naples at the start and end of our Italy trip because it was close to Centro Storico and reasonably priced. I was unsure about online check-in, but it worked smoothly once I enabled cellular roaming as well as mobile data. Communication was easy, and when we arrived early we could leave our luggage until the room was ready. They let us know promptly when we could go in. The room was modern, comfortable, and clean, and the location suited our short stays perfectly. There can be noise when you’re this close to Centro Storico. Our first night was pretty noisy, while the second, a Sunday, was much quieter. That’s part of being close to all the action.

I only had a short time in Naples, but the neighborhood felt like a history book come to life. The people I met were incredibly friendly, the food was delicious, and the sights were beautiful. My room, San Gregorio Armeno, was large and lovely, with thoughtful little touches. I especially liked the small patio overlooking the busy streets. The hosts were responsive and very helpful, and the included teas came in handy when I started feeling sick on my last day. It’s an amazing hotel in a magical location. I’ll absolutely stay here again when I return to Naples.

This suited us well for our night in Naples before heading to Positano. It’s Room Naples is a small B&B with only a few rooms, and we were able to check ourselves in when we arrived late. The room was spacious and clean, and the city center was just a quick walk away.

The location made it easy to get to bars, restaurants, shops, and transit on foot, yet the room felt quiet and secure. It was clean and spacious, with a small balcony and a lovely view. The bed was comfortable enough, and the A/C handled the 85° F heat well. Complimentary coffee, mini bar treats, and free luggage storage were nice extras. Check-in was fully self-service with electronic keypads for the building and room, and staff were easy to reach on WhatsApp. A few small things were off: the bathroom looked a bit dingy, the shower toiletries were empty, the TV remote batteries were dead, and a piece of closet moulding was broken. We noticed these toward the end of our stay and didn’t ask for them to be fixed, though I’m sure staff would have dealt with them if we had. We’d stay here again if we return to Napoli. It was great value.
