Our room was in the basement, where there was mold on the ceiling. Showers made a huge noise, and we could hear everything whenever people were in the lobby. When we raised this with the manager, she wouldn’t find a solution unless we paid an extra fee. There was no signal apart from WiFi, probably because we were downstairs.

The room was spacious and neat, with a good bathroom, a comfortable bed, and generally good hygiene. I appreciated the free coffee. There was a shallow desk, but I could work at it just fine. Getting to the apartment can be tricky without proper directions. Also, it’s halfway up a hill if you’re walking or cycling. There are lots of doors and keys to get through.

Lovely place. If they learn English, it’ll be just perfect.

The rooms are beautiful, the service and support were great, and I’d stay again. The location is very central, though getting there and sorting out parking can be tricky. There are parking garages directly across the street.

We booked Kbirr Charming House for a bachelorette weekend, and the room was clean, spacious, and well appointed. The neighborhood felt elegant and safe, with restaurants, shops, and well-kept buildings. It was quiet too, just a few steps from the Piazza Amedeo metro station. Raffaella was a fantastic host throughout our stay, offering helpful advice with so much kindness. I highly recommend the place to anyone staying in Naples.
