This stay was terrible, especially after our earlier visits had been more than satisfactory. We come to Vomero a couple of times a year and aren’t casual tourists, but the facility has lost some loyal customers. For one night, we were charged what felt like an exorbitant room-only rate, with no breakfast or even an arrangement with one of the many nearby bars. One room had closets full of clothes and personal belongings, presumably the owner’s. Communication between the manager and owner was so poor that, as another guest had experienced, we nearly ended up without accommodation. They knew our exact guest count and that some of us were elderly and had special needs. A stay we’d rather forget.

I live outside Naples but come here often, and I’ve found better places in the area. I’m not just passing through as a tourist. This was terrible in every way.

The location is very well connected to Vanvitelli metro station, but the value for money made no sense to us. The toilet seat and stovetop were broken, and the doors were damaged.

We stayed for two days in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The apartment was comfortable, very clean, and had good Wi-Fi and climate control, so it would suit different needs. The location is excellent, right by the metro and all sorts of amenities.

On the very day I arrived in Naples, the hotel suddenly canceled my reservation. It caused me a huge amount of trouble.
