Nino helped us arrange a boat tour with "MiezJourno," and it was pure magic. He was thoughtful, kind, and always available, and from the moment we arrived we felt right at home. The penthouse has two comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, a lovely living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. It's spacious and well kept, but the huge, bright panoramic terrace was the real highlight, a peaceful escape above the city. Via Toledo metro station is a six-minute walk away. Spaccanapoli, the Nativity Scene Street, artisan workshops, and the more authentic side of Naples are a 20-30 minute stroll. Thank you so much, Nino 🩵

The terrace is fantastic, huge, beautiful, and furnished. The apartment feels authentic and is tidy, right in the bustling Spanish Quarter, about 200 meters from the Toledo metro station. There are two bedrooms, each with a bathroom, though one bathroom is small and sits out on the terrace. The kitchen has a stove, microwave, toaster, and a large modern fridge with a freezer. The elevator takes 10-cent coins. Nino, the landlord, is friendly, attentive, and reliable. Highly recommended!

We loved the spacious, comfortable apartment, which was very clean. Nino gave us a warm welcome, was friendly and open, and suggested excellent places to visit and restaurants in Naples. The location in the Spanish Quarter is especially convenient, a few steps from Toledo metro station and the historic center, at the foot of Sant'Elmo Church, and a 15-minute walk from the ferry docks. The large terrace has a fantastic view of Naples and the bay. With everything close by and those peaceful Neapolitan rooftops in view, it was easy to relax. We highly recommend it for a wonderful stay.
