Dirty, moldy, old, and poorly maintained apartment. I was shocked they could ask this much money for it. After I warned the landlord, a maid came with a washing machine, but the cobwebs, fungus on the walls, and damaged equipment were still there. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

The place is old and badly maintained, and the humidity is awful. Radiators barely heat, if they heat at all. The showers are old, and one has a completely broken showerhead. In one bathroom, the ceiling is crumbling from the damp. The walls are bare and shabby, and the terrace garden is overgrown and abandoned. The kitchen is basic, with no dishwasher or microwave. The toilet keeps clogging, the TV only gets Rai1, Rai2, and Rai3, and the lighting is dim, with many bulbs missing. The linens are old and worn. The price doesn't match the accommodation at all. A terrible experience, and I strongly advise against staying here. What a rip-off.

Set in one of the most beautiful parks in Posillipo, the house has an exclusive setting and plenty of space. It was clean too, and excellent value for money. I recommend it.

A large house in a quiet spot, with a fantastic setting and breathtaking views. The terrace looks out over Vesuvius, and there's free parking. Great value, highly recommended.
