We were really happy with the apartment, and it was spotless. Our two boys, aged 9 and 10, especially loved having their bedroom upstairs. There’s a handy little kitchen for breakfast and morning tea, with two supermarkets very close by. The location is fantastic, near the metro and lots of shops and restaurants. The owners were so nice and helpful, and even gave us homemade wine and euros for the lift. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Rosalia and Marco were warm and kind hosts, and the room had everything I needed to feel at home. It was easy to keep my belongings secure, too. The location is convenient, with the Universita metro station a 5-7-minute walk away and restaurants, grocery stores, and the ports all within walking distance. It takes a few walks to get your bearings because the alleyways look much the same, but then you remember the way. This is an Airbnb-style room rather than a hotel. To get in, you need three keys: one for the building entrance, one for the floor door, and one for your room. The room is on the fourth floor, but there’s an elevator for 0.20 euros, and it came in handy. Some stairs are angled, so watch your step. I nearly slipped. Rosalia and Marco explained the room and suggested places to see in Naples. You can reach them through the What’s Up App, by phone, or by knocking at their door. They shared recommendations and current events and were very accommodating. I told them the day before that I expected to arrive between 2300-0000, and they stayed up until I got there. I felt bad about that, though they seemed kind about it. Keeping in touch is important. My room had a kitchen, fridge, loft, private bathroom, and private room, much like an apartment in the States. I didn’t use all the amenities, but the large fridge was useful for leftovers and cold drinks. We used the air conditioning. Unfortunately, the TV didn’t work because the upstairs neighbors had cut the cable. There’s a washing machine and dryer on the floor, available from 1000-2000, but I was out whenever I wanted to use them. I might have asked the hosts, but didn’t want to bother them. The view is of the inner building, including other people’s rooms and balconies, rather than the city. It looks as though someone could jump onto your balcony, but there are metal screens to keep thieves out. The thing that annoyed me was how hard the floor door was to unlock. I kept turning the key without getting it open, though maybe it was just me. The place was great, especially if you want more amenities than a basic hotel room. At 80-90 euros a night, I thought it was worth it. I’d come back again.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and in excellent shape, with all the facilities working as they should. The host was friendly and generous. It’s also close to transport and landmarks. Highly recommended, don’t hesitate to book!

Beautiful place! A clean, well-equipped apartment with Wi-Fi right in the city center.

We’ve just come back from three days in Naples, and everything about this property worked out perfectly. It’s a convenient base, a few minutes from Piazza Municipio, Piazza del Plebiscito, Via Toledo, and the Spanish Quarter. Bars, restaurants, and a supermarket are close by, and the Municipio metro stop gets you to Vomero or Naples Central Station in just two stops. The apartment itself was beautiful, clean, comfortable, quiet, and well furnished with everything we needed. Marco was kind and friendly, made himself available, and gave us some really useful suggestions. I highly recommend staying here.
