Our first night at La Marina was fine. The room was clean and comfortable, with no issues. The next night was a complete disaster. At about 1 AM, we couldn't get in because the main entrance was locked from inside. The access code wouldn't open it from outside, so we were stuck. We called every number we had, over and over for hours, but nobody answered. Fortunately our friends were staying in the apartment next door and let us stay there until someone finally picked up at around 6 AM. Without them, we'd have had to find another hotel or spend the night in our car. No one even apologized afterward. I absolutely wouldn't recommend staying here.

We stayed in the Maradonna room at "La Marina," and I was pleasantly surprised by how well the hostess communicated and how impeccable her service was. The apartment is clean and spacious, with daily cleaning, and the building feels very safe. It's also conveniently close to the harbor. There's a bus stop right outside, making it easy to get here from Naples Airport. I highly recommend the place and will definitely come back.
