La Smorfia

The beds were comfy, and everything was really clean. The rooms look just like the photos, no more and no less. Shops, restaurants, and sights are all within walking distance in the centre of the historic city. I was very happy with my stay.

Francesco was very nice and shared tips about the city when we checked in. Breakfast was included, served at a cute cafe about 100 meters away. The place has just opened, and the rooms are simply but tastefully decorated. It's in an old Neapolitan building with a courtyard that keeps the street noise out. The location is ideal, a few hundred meters from Museo Archeologica, Piazza Bellini, and the Museo and Dante metro stations. Via dei Tribunali is only a few minutes away on foot.

The location is great, the rooms are really nice, and the staff are lovely. The only drawback for us was the bed, which wasn't comfortable, so sleeping was a bit difficult.

The apartment and room are large and modern, and the staff are really friendly and helpful. The location is good too. There were a few drawbacks: even with the thick windows, we could hear some noise from the rooms facing the street. In winter, a carpet would make the large rooms more comfortable since the floors aren't wood. The owner gives you €1 a day for the elevator, but a ride costs €0.5, which is annoying. Breakfast at the cafe-bar around the corner is just a croissant, one hot drink, and one cold drink. The towels are old.
