I had trouble finding the actual hotel because the location listed online was inaccurate, and reception was at a completely different address with no clear directions. After a long trip, I had to drag my luggage around just to check in. There was also a €200 security deposit that Agoda hadn't clearly disclosed during booking. I only learned about it afterward. When I contacted the hotel, they told me to “check the website,” but the website wasn't working. Previous guests have raised the same complaint, and the whole thing felt deceptive. Between the broken website, wrong address, and surprise fees, I don't find the hotel transparent or professional. If it can't provide basic accurate information, it's hard to trust it with anything else. Avoid this hotel.

The room was cleaned every day, and the towels and sheets were fresh. The cleaner was really friendly and helpful. We stayed four nights, just the two of us, and felt completely safe. The apartment is in a great spot, an easy walk from the city center and just steps from Dante metro station. The only awkward surprise was a €200 deposit. It wasn’t mentioned in the emails.

The room was fine, and they left small samples of shampoo and shower gel. The cleaner made our beds neat every day, which was a nice touch. The central area is busy, but we felt okay walking back even after dark. Check-in is about 15 minutes from the building, though online check-in is an option. Be prepared for a €200 security deposit. They said it would be returned within 14 days when paid by credit card.

During online check-in, they tried to charge our credit card for an extra accommodation price, the same as the price we’d already paid. There was also a €200 deposit request. After reading the Google ratings, we decided not to pay it, and the accommodation kept 60% of the amount we had paid for the apartment. To me, it seems like a scam either way: you might not get the deposit back, or you lose 60% of the apartment price if you try to cancel. I wonder why Booking still works with this agency. We’ll definitely complain to customer service when we get home.
