B&B Le 4 Stagioni by ClaPa Group Dislocated Hospitality

Fantastic place.

The room at B&B "Quattro stagioni" was in poor shape, with used furniture and poor cleanliness. Staff showed no courtesy or interest in helping, and money was taken in cash without a valid receipt. I left deeply disappointed with how the ClaPa Group hotel treated me. I’m warning other tourists because I believe this establishment is defrauding both foreign and Italian visitors, and I hope these illegal activities are stopped. It also reflects badly on Naples, whose people are known for their hospitality, kindness, courtesy, and generosity. I won’t forget what happened and will try to recover what I’m owed. If you’re looking for somewhere in central Naples, I’d recommend it to your worst enemy, and I mean that ironically. Run away, or ride away.

The room was in rough shape: peeling wallpaper, broken furniture, no mattress protector, and patchy cleaning. Wi-Fi didn’t work, and loud music continued late into the night. The bathroom was outside the room, had no bidet, a tiny sink, and a broken toilet seat. I booked the quadruple Estate room through Expedia, but neither the booking nor the confirmation email said it had no ensuite bathroom. At check-in, the staff and manager acted dishonestly and seemed to be trying to rip people off. I won’t use Expedia again. Booking platforms like these feel completely unreliable now. Avoid this place.

I never actually saw the B&B. I spoke with the people who run at least 20 B&Bs in Naples, and they seemed completely unqualified and answered arrogantly. It’s a shame, because this beautiful city deserves better.
