Le Ninfe Luxury Rooms

The location was great, the windows kept out sound well, and the Italian-designed tiles in the bedroom and bathroom were beautiful. Staff were polite for the first two days. But honestly, I was shocked by the hotel's name and rating because they didn't match what I experienced. Food at breakfast was left uncovered in a warm room for hours, with flies around. Cheese, cold cuts and yogurt were often already warm when breakfast started, which raised serious concerns. Check-in was difficult too: there were no signs anywhere in the building, and the instructions were incomplete. I could hear every hallway conversation through the door, despite the windows' good insulation. There were several room problems: a broken chair, damaged wallpaper, mold in the bathroom, and a hairdryer with exposed wiring. Some were fixed after I complained, but they should have been caught before I arrived. There was no safe, and housekeeping left my room door wide open while no one was inside. Later, a cleaner came in without knocking, even though I'd already said I didn't need more cleaning. The hotel has a lot of rules for guests, while the service felt more like a hostel than a “luxury” hotel.
