This was as bad an experience as I can imagine. We were charged local taxes even though we never stayed there. The room was dirty and moldy, and the area felt unsafe to us. There was a massage parlor next door, and the people going in and out seemed unsavory. The website claimed there was free parking, but that wasn't true at all. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, ever.

Our stay was really good for a three-star hotel, and we recommend it, though we didn't enjoy Naples enough to want to return. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, near Piazza Leopardi train station. Our room and bathroom were a good size. Breakfast tasted great, especially the croissants, but there wasn't much choice. If you have long hair, bring your own hair dryer, as the one in the bathroom is tiny.

The room we got at first was far too small for the four of us, so we asked at reception and were moved to another one. It was clean and tidy, and breakfast was great. The staff were very friendly. We'd stay here again.

After a long drive, this place has everything you need, though it's not a luxury hotel. It's clean and tidy, parking was easy to find, and the people were very friendly. I especially liked the way they spoke to us. The station is across the road, but it didn't make the hotel noisy. There's a pizzeria and a restaurant nearby. Breakfast is Italian style, with coffee, yogurt, brioches and juice rather than bacon and eggs. I'd recommend it for a stop in Naples.

Good value, with a clean room, friendly staff, a safe area and a good breakfast. Georgia was especially helpful and friendly, absolutely amazing. I'd recommend the place anytime.
