M99 Design Rooms

Paco made us feel welcome and was really helpful. The rooms were clean, with fun decorations, and we had a great stay. The shower takes a little while to heat up, but it does get hot if you wait. I’d definitely stay here again.

The room itself was fine and the location was good, but the owner’s behaviour made this by far the worst accommodation I’ve experienced. We’d booked the only room with an outdoor terrace and weren’t given it. It went to someone else, and they lied about it. That wasn’t even the main issue, but once we exposed the lies about our booking, the owner got angry and unpleasant, offered no apology, and seemed more interested in aggressively fighting than calming things down. The atmosphere was awful. The owners were dishonest and breathtakingly rude.

We got good value, with generously sized rooms and good wifi. There are lots of local bars, cafes, and restaurants nearby. Most central sights and metro stations are within walking distance. We had two excellent nights here.

The rooms have a cool feel, and there’s a nice shared area. It’s a bit like a more upmarket hostel, without all the gap year students. The location was good too.
