I strongly advise against this property because of serious policy and privacy violations. The host used her personal smartphone to photograph both sides of our official IDs and sent the images through WhatsApp, which directly violates European GDPR regulations. When we asked her to remove the photos from her device’s trash folder, she refused. She also demanded €44 in cash for tourist tax without an official receipt. That is well above Naples municipality’s legal rate of €4.50 per person per night, or €36 total for 2 people over 4 nights. After we left an honest review on Booking, the host replied with hostile legal threats that felt intended to intimidate us. The breakfast and basic amenities were falsely advertised, and the conduct was highly unprofessional.

We’re just wrapping up a wonderful stay. The room is modern, beautifully appointed, and incredibly quiet. The bathroom feels state of the art, and the shower is the best we’ve ever had. The proprietor has been gracious and very helpful. Highly recommended.

During our 4-night stay in Naples, we got great service all around. The room was excellent, and the hotel is nicely located near the museos and fairly close to the historic center. Whenever we asked, the owners shared plenty of extra information and recommendations about Naples.

Veneessa and her husband were wonderful hosts. The location was great, the rooms were lovely and very clean, and the service was wonderful. I’d rate it 12/10!
