We found the room spacious and impeccably clean, though the shower drain didn’t clear water perfectly. The location is very central, but we weren’t disturbed by noise at all. Check-in was smooth, and if you arrive early, you can leave your luggage at the hotel. A simple, tasty Italian breakfast is included, just a coffee and a cornetto. The cappuccino was excellent on the first morning. The next day I was given sweetened hot chocolate instead of a cappuccino. Housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was spotless, updated, and had all the usual amenities. It was in a building facing Via Toledo, and the managers came along to show us around and explain how the room's automation worked. The rate seemed fair for the location and quality. A really enjoyable night in Naples, and I'd stay again when I'm back.

Maison Toledo is lovely and right in the center of everything. The staff were courteous, warm, and ready to help.

The rooms were lovely and clean, and the staff were attentive and excellent. The building is only a short walk from practically everything. Thanks for a great stay. If I'm back in Naples, I'll definitely stay here again.
