Breakfast let the place down a bit, there were no fresh pastries and nobody keeping an eye on it. The room was clean and recently refurbished, with a fairly new bathroom and a roomy shower. The location is great, close to the metro station and city center.

Alessandro was really nice when he picked us up at the airport and explained where to go. The location was perfect, the place clean and pleasant, and breakfast was fine. The sound insulation isn't great, so I hope the other guests will be considerate :)

In the heart of Naples' historic center, this is a really nice place to stay. Rocco and Alessandro are sweet hosts who know the area well and can suggest nice restaurants and places to visit. Extremely recommended!!

The main downside was the noise. The rooms aren't soundproofed, so we could hear everything next door, including the early morning wake-up, as well as noise from upstairs. The location is excellent, just steps from Metro line 1 and Via Toledo, and the owners are very friendly and always available. Breakfast isn't served on site, but they give you a voucher for a nearby cafe. The rooms are nice and tidy.

I'd definitely stay again. There's a concierge, coded locks on the doors, daily cleaning, and a shared area. The ensuite bathroom has a window but no bidet, and towels were changed every day. Supermarkets, the metro, and bars are all close by.
