They let us leave our bags hours before check-in, kept them safe, and brought them up to our room while we were out sightseeing. The owners were warm and really helpful with places to see in Naples, even marking our accommodation and the main attractions on a map. The rooms were bright, clean, and pleasant. Breakfast in the dining room costs extra, with Italian or continental options. We chose continental: meats, cheeses, Italian bread, croissants, juice, fruit, and coffee. Checkout was quick and easy. Just a tip, they only take cash.

Eleana was lovely, welcoming us late at night with delicious wine. The room was comfortable and very clean, and we walked to the port to catch the ferry to Sorrento. It was only one night this time, but we'll definitely come back. Eleana loves her city and will have all the information we need.

Breakfast had both Italian choices, like coffee and a croissant, and continental food such as eggs and bacon. The price for two was affordable, and the location near the port was handy. I stayed July 7-10, 2019, while visiting Naples and the islands, and felt at home. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. My room was tidy and spotless, with air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a TV. Highly recommended.
